Subsequently, the construction management team develops a preliminary scope of work while the design team refines the project concept.
Cost Estimating
Once the design is finalized, a detailed cost estimate is developed through collaboration with subcontractors and suppliers. This estimate encompasses material and labor costs and is transparently shared with the client.
Project Scheduling
A comprehensive preliminary schedule is developed to outline project milestones and timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on project goals and expectations.
Job Site Logistics
Effective project execution requires careful planning of job site logistics. Collaborative discussions between the construction team and client are essential to establish efficient site operations and minimize disruptions.
Construction Phase
After pre-construction is complete, we transition into the construction phase. We work to orchestrate all the construction activities with our trusted trade partners to ensure quality, schedule, and budget.

Construction Schedule
CZ Construction Management utilizes Microsoft Project to create a preliminary schedule that is accurate to how the work is orchestrated. The schedule is useful to express key milestone dates that are to be followed and to keep everyone on the same page. You will be updated with a three week look ahead weekly and a preliminary schedule bi-weekly.
Post Construction
After CZ Construction has completed your project we will provide you with a close out book. Inside the close out book is:
